Lisa Poché is manager of Finance Systems Deployment Strategy at Ingersoll Rand. In this role, she is driving the business process design of the Global Planning Transformation Project, which leverages Hyperion Planning and other EPM tools to enable an integrated performance management model via a driver-based rolling forecast solution. Before moving to this role, Lisa was an FP&A manager at the Trane EMEIA headquarters in Brussels where she lead the implementation of a driver-based budgeting solution using Hyperion Planning. Lisa has nearly fifteen years of experience in business process improvement and financial analysis.
