Paul English brings over twenty years of experience as a key member of SC&H Consulting’s Business Performance Management group. Paul’s comprehensive background covers the design, implementation, and maintenance of Hyperion applications, with particular specialization in budgeting and planning solutions. Among his accomplishments in working with government contractors are designing and implementing an indirect cost rate model reducing the planning effort for a government contractor from a three-month to a three-week process. Additionally, the new approach delivered detailed “what if” features previously only possible through very high level spreadsheets.
