John started his technical world building vinyl sign cutting systems (think a computer driven plotter with a swiveling knife), moving in 1992 to technical support, programming, and various quality assurance roles. He made the leap into the Hyperion world in 2005. Today, John is a Chicago-based infrastructure practice manager in addition to being a frequent contributor to both the Oracle and Network 54 Hyperion forums. John's nineteen-year IT career, most recently focusing on Oracle/Hyperion applications, provides a solid base of knowledge that he loves to share.
